We’re proud to announce that Kosuke Okahara has joined our agency, Prospekt.

Born in 1980. Kosuke grew up in Tokyo and started his career as a photographer after college graduation in Education. Before joining Prospekt agency, he has worked in Agence Vu’.

Kosuke has been honored with several awards and grants including W.Eugene Smith Fellowship, Joop Swart Masterclass of World Press Photo, PDN’s 30 emerging photographers to watch, Sony World Photography Awards, and Prix Kodak.

His clients include Time.com, New York Times, Newsweek Japan, Le Monde, International Herald Tribune, Wall Street Journal, Courrier International, Russian Reporter, foto8, Aera, POLKA Magazine, among others.

Kosuke’s photos have been exhibited in various venus including galleries and international photo festivals, he has collections at Polka gallery in Paris and at Kiyosato Photo Art Museum in Nagano, Japan.

He continues shooting the stories that touch him.

Kosuke is based in Tokyo, Japan.
